Almost Spring Break! (At least that’s what I keep telling myself, lol)

Helpful Stuff

Have your principals & administrators sign your school up for TPT School Access so all teachers can enjoy the benefits of these awesome resources and not have to spend so much of their own money!

It doesn’t hurt to ask & you can always bring it back up if they are not quite receptive the first time!

Before you think I'm crazy just hear me out, OK?

I know stress gets a bad rap because it can cause health problems, poor work performance, and just general dissatisfaction with life.

Buuuuut, I’ve learned that there is some good forms of stress to help us be more focused and productive!

Check out this powerful podcast episode from the Mindset Mentor with Robb Dial he discusses the three different types of stress and a function for each of them.

Check it out and share the episode if you found it helpful and let’s help Rob reach even more people!

A Little Inspiration

Because our headspace matters when we are trying to show up as our best selves for our students, our loved ones, and ourselves!

“The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It’s a very mean and nasty place, and I don’t care how tough you are, it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard you hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward; how much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done! Now if you know what you’re worth, then go out and get what you’re worth, but you gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers saying you ain’t where you wanna be because of him, or her, or anybody. Cowards do that and that ain’t you! You’re better than that!”
