We all need to stop “multi-tasking”!

I am the first one to admit that I am guilty of this.

Very guilty of this.

Multitasking is a myth, especially when the tasks are cognitively intense, like reading a text for deep understanding while listening to music—save your time and mental energy.

We need to focus on doing one thing WELL at a time, then we can move on to the next!

This has increased my productivity, comprehension, and retention by at least 10X!

Remember, you don’t need to be the best just need to be YOUR best!
