I think we are all a bit of a self-improvement junkie (that’s why we are all here, lol) and as such I have found an amazing podcast!

It’s called the Live Happy Now Podcast and you can check them out here.

They interview people like Dr. Christine Carter, Margaret Greenberg, Dr. Drew Ramsey, Gretchen Rubin, Deepak Chopra, Stacy Kaiser, Dr. Rick Hanson, and many more.
Without being toxically positive, where they ignore the negative completely, this podcast has been a key ingredient in my morning routine, where I pump myself up before my wife and two toddlers wake up and get my mindset ready to serve my students, my family, and of course —YOU!
